SPRING SESSION CANCELLED; TEAM UNITY SKILLS/TRYOUTS POSTPONED

Dear Skating families,
Due to the recent COVID-19 health crisis, we learned today that the Tavistock & District Recreation facilities will be closing at end of day tomorrow (Tues Mar 17) and will be taking the ice out soon after that.
As a result, we have to cancel the spring skating session and postpone Team Unity skills/tryouts to a later date.
For those who have registered & paid for spring skating, we can apply a credit to your account for use on fall/winter 2020 singles skating sessions. If you would prefer a refund cheque to be mailed to you, please email the club by this Friday March 20th to let us know. Be sure to include your mailing address.
For those who have already paid for Team Unity skills/tryouts, we will keep track of payments for when tryouts occur.
We are currently discussing & figuring out what to do with the upcoming fundraising delivery next week - more information to follow!
Please allow our volunteers some time to figure out credits & prepare refund cheques.
Thank you for your support during this past season, and for your patience as we work to provide refunds/credits for those who have registered for upcoming programs.
