Winter 2024 Fundraising campaign

It is time for our annual Winter Fundraiser to help offset costs for our CanSkaters, StarSkaters and our Team Unity youth Synchro Skaters. Please consider participating to make it worthwhile!

Options are:

1. JD Sweid (chicken products)
2. Rheo Thompson Chocolate (Easter chocolates)
3. Sebringville Garden Centre (vouchers to pick up spring planters at Sebringville Garden Centre, 137 Huron Rd, Stratford)
4. Soup Surreal (vouchers to pickup frozen soup at Soup Surreal, 98 Wellington St, Stratford)

Reminder - we have the following ongoing fundraisers:

• Mabels Labels (Support a Fundraiser: Tavistock Skating Club) 
• Tru Earth laundry & cleaning products
• FlipGive online shopping

Steps for Fundraising

1. Collect orders and money from your friends & family by February 19^th, 2024. 
2. Tally & submit orders by Sunday, February 25^th by 5 PM.

NOTE: paper copy of forms & e-transfer preferred

• Write skater/family name & phone number on each order form.
• Tally columns, calculate total amount of each fundraiser, & provide grand total of all fundraisers.
• Submit paper copy of order forms in the ‘suggestion box’ by the Skating Club bulletin board or hand to Teresa Weicker and Tricia Hendry at the arena on:

• Send one e-transfer for grand total to taviskate@mail.com (in the “message” section of your e-transfer, enter your skater/family name and ‘fundraising’)
• If unable to submit hard copies, please complete this online google form: http://tinyurl.com/TaviSCFundMar24

4. Pick up your fundraising orders & vouchers on Thursday, March 21^st between 5:00 – 6:30 PM.

5. Claim your vouchers:

• Pick up your soup at Soup Surreal (98 Wellington St, Stratford) - late March/early April
• Pick up your planters & hanging baskets at Sebringville Garden Centre, 137 Huron Rd, Stratford) from Friday, May 10 to Sunday, June 9
