Fundraising Opportunities

To minimize registration costs for our families, the Tavistock & District Skating Club provides opportunities for fundraising.

Fall 2026 Fundraising campaign

It is time for our annual Fall Fundraiser to help offset costs for our CanSkaters, StarSkaters and our Team Unity youth Synchro Skaters. Please consider participating to make it worthwhile!

Options are:

1. Gunn's Hill Cheese 
2. JD Sweid (chicken Products) 
3. Kintore Coffee 
4. Rheo Thompson Chocolate
5. Sebringville Garden Centre (Seasonal arrangements & poinsettias) 

Reminder - we have the following ongoing fundraisers:

• Mabels Labels (Support a Fundraiser: Tavistock Skating Club) 

Steps for Fundraising

1.    Collect orders and money from your friends & family by October 24th, 2026.

2.    Tally & submit orders by Thursday, October 29th, 2026 by 8PM.

NOTE: paper copy of forms & e-transfer preferred

·     Write skater/family name & phone number on each order form.

·     Tally columns, calculate total amount of each fundraiser, & provide grand total of all fundraisers.

·     Submit paper copy of order forms in the ‘suggestion box’ by the arena office or hand to Becca Kobus or Heather Murray at the arena on:

• Sat. Oct 24th from 10AM- 2PM 
• Sun. Oct 25th from 4-7PM
• Tues. Oct 27th from 4-6PM 
• Thurs. Oct 28th from 4-8PM 

·    Send one e-transfer for grand total to taviskate@mail.com (in the “message” section of your e-transfer, enter your skater/family name and ‘fundraising’)

·    If unable to submit hard copies, please complete this online google form: https://tinyurl.com/TaviSCFundFall2026

3.   Pick up your fundraising orders on Thursday, November 26th between 5:30-7PM.
