Fall 2025 Fundraising campaign 

It is time for our annual Fall Fundraiser to help offset costs for our CanSkaters, StarSkaters and our Team Unity youth Synchro Skaters. Please consider participating to make it worthwhile!

*again this year – we will be tracking the amounts earned by families and allocating the funds accordingly:

• skaters in Canskate/Starskate – funds earned will be designated to those programs
• synchro only skaters – funds earned will be designated to Team Unity
• skaters in both – funds will be split between programs, unless you let us know otherwise

For the Fall 2025 fundraising campaign, we are offering:

1. Gunn's Hill cheese

2. JD Sweid (chicken products)

3. Kintore Coffee

4. Rheo Thompson Chocolate (Christmas chocolates)   

5. Sebringville Garden Centre (seasonal arrangements & poinsettias)

Ongoing fundraisers are:

1. Mabel's Labels: (Support a Fundraiser: Tavistock Skating Club) 

Steps for Fundraising

1. Collect orders and money from your friends & family by October 20, 2025. 
   
   
2. Tally & submit orders between Oct 21 - 26th. Please note Sunday October 26, 2025 by 6 PM is the last day to submit orders. (Sorry, no late orders)

NOTE: paper copy of forms & e-transfer preferred

• Write skater/family name & phone number on each order form.

• Tally columns, calculate total amount of each fundraiser, & provide grand total of all fundraisers.

• Submit paper copy of order forms in the ‘suggestion box’ by the Skating Club bulletin board or hand to Tricia Hendry or Rachel Rennie at the arena on:

  • Tues Oct 21st from 4-5:30 PM

  • Thurs Oct 23rd from 5-8 PM 

  • Sat Oct 25th from 11-1 PM

  • Sun Oct 26th from 4-6 PM

• Send one e-transfer for grand total to taviskate@mail.com (in the “message” section of your e-transfer, enter your skater/family name and ‘fundraising’)

3. Pick up your fundraising orders on Thursday November 27th between 5:30 – 7 PM.
