Winter 2026 Fundraising campaign

It is time for our annual Winter Fundraiser to help offset costs for our CanSkaters, StarSkaters and our Team Unity youth Synchro Skaters. Please consider participating to make it worthwhile!

Options are:

1. JD Sweid (chicken products)
2. Rheo Thompson Chocolate (Easter chocolates)
3. Soup Surreal (containers of delicious frozen soup)

Reminder - we have the following ongoing fundraisers:

• Mabels Labels (Support a Fundraiser: Tavistock Skating Club) 

Steps for Fundraising

1.    Collect orders and money from your friends & family by February 24^th, 2026. 

2.    Tally & submit orders by Sunday, March 1st by 5 PM.

NOTE: paper copy of forms & e-transfer preferred

·     Write skater/family name & phone number on each order form.

·     Tally columns, calculate total amount of each fundraiser, & provide grand total of all fundraisers.

·     Submit paper copy of order forms in the ‘suggestion box’ by the arena office or hand to Tricia Hendry or Rachel Rennie at the arena on:

·    Send one e-transfer for grand total to taviskate@mail.com (in the “message” section of your e-transfer, enter your skater/family name and ‘fundraising’)

·    If unable to submit hard copies, please complete this online google form: https://tinyurl.com/TaviSCFundMar26 

3.   Pick up your fundraising orders on Thursday, March 26^th between 5:00 – 6:30 PM.
